Milani recently revamped, reformulated and relaunched their lipstick line and I am in love with it. Their lipstick is now called Color Statement, it comes in a shiny mirrored tube with a section at the bottom that shows the color. The finishes for this lipstick are: Vinyl, Cream, Matte, Pearl, Shimmer and Metallic. Vinyl is my favorite; it has intense color payoff with an almost gloss-like shine- how about we do? I was sent 7 to review, the Reds & Oranges.
What’s different from previous formulas:
The Smell: Milani has done away with the strong floral smell and gone with a toned down cotton candy. It’s sweet when you sniff it, but not obnoxious or noticeable when worn.
The Color Payoff: Just when you think their lipsticks are already top-notch they improve upon them. In the video I show the difference between last year’s Red Label and the new one. Wow! Improved color depth and intensity.
Texture: Holy wow! Again, I thought they has a good thing going on before, but I can say this is a luxury lipstick, particularly the creams & vinyls.
Other notes:
The Lipsticks are $5.49 on the Milani Website and are a bargain at that. They’ll be popping up at mass market retailers (Target, CVS, etc) near you soon! Try them if you’ve ever wanted a luxury lipstick but don’t want to fork over $15+

Those look amazing and very luxurious. If you would have just shown the picture of the products without telling from which brand they were I would never have guessed Milani!

My fav has to be Cherry Crave! Sooo pretty! I’d like to see some pinks too so I think I will go googling and see if I can’t find some more swatches. Thanks so much for showing these! My #1 makeup is Lipstick! I don’t have to put anything else on but lipstick and still feel pretty.
