As I type this I’m frantically running around like a crazy person trying to last minute pack for my trip to IMATS LA!!! I’ve never flown so I just want to be sure that everything fits & is TSA approved yadda yadda… I’m nervous about flying in general but when I think about them confiscating my beauty products…goosebumps!
Today I’m sharing with you a collaboration series with 3 fabulous makeup artists, my friends Heather, Dawn and Angie. In the November Issue of W Val Garland celebrated 4 decades of makeup on 4 of the moment actresses. We’ve teamed up to recreate the 4 looks featured. I hope you enjoy these editorial looks, and will check out the other 3 looks!
We are going to be a foursome at this year’s IMATS LA so watch out for us if you’ll be there.

tried to view the video but it appears to be private …
You’re so talented and gorgeous, Cora!
Your lip tars mix looked pretty like the newest OCCs one, Black Dahlia. Were you inspired by this one?
Kisses from a Brazilian fan! ^-^
You look amazing – totally channeling Rooney Mara! I am in awe of your talent as well as creativity. Can’t wait for more.
Have fun in LA!!!
You love Gorgeous! Love you in that hat and that lips color
This is very bowie-esque. I am loving the lip color.
Wow
You look ABSOLUTELY STUNNING in the pictures! I loved the tutorial and I just love how you did the makeup. I hope you have fun at IMATS! I’ve never been but I wish I could go!
Awesome looks Cora, and the blooper video was hysterical! Never stop this blog!
I love this look. Minus the severe contouring (I’m not that brave) it’s actually very wearable. Excellent job! Hope you had fun at IMATS.
You really ought to try some heavy contouring..it gave me a different attitude and it was fun “being someone else”
gd, whatta talent, Cora. Betcha never thought you’d look better than Rooney, butcha do!
aw, thanks Karen!
Is Angie goldiestarling?
Yep!!
You look so fantatic!
I was intrigued by the eye palette, so I checked it out on Sephora. The Lorac palette doesn’t look like that. It appears you used the Sonia Kashuk Instructional eye palette. http://soniakashuk.com/sk-MTA_prod.php?sk=129
Or, at least, for that initial mixed color with the brown and grey.
